    I wanted to start going to the gym, but i can't put on weight no matter how much i try. i drink weight gainer 2200 gold and eat as i can but the highest my weight will go is 67kg ha. Any tips for gaining weight?

    Maybe you werent serious but the OP is. Hes clearly looking for motivation and advice because its a change in his life that he is trying to make. If you weren't serious and just talking out ur ass why even post in a thread like this? Isn't rly a place to troll imo.

    You have to eat enough proteins and carbo, not everything which you can find in your fridge bodybuilders diet is very hard, but very healthy, you have to eat fresh meat, fishes, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits and pasta or rice.

    btw most of gainers are shits, with a lot of sugar

    I have nothing against a well trained body, hell, i'd be glad to have on myself it came for free, but it doesn't.
