Maybe you werent serious but the OP is. Hes clearly looking for motivation and advice because its a change in his life that he is trying to make. If you weren't serious and just talking out ur ass why even post in a thread like this? Isn't rly a place to troll imo.
You have to eat enough proteins and carbo, not everything which you can find in your fridgebodybuilders diet is very hard, but very healthy, you have to eat fresh meat, fishes, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits and pasta or rice.
