    Wednesday - 2 April - Rest

    Even it was a rest day, I did a 15 mins quick and intense ABS workout.
    Focusing on high reps and non resting between sets and exercices.

    was about to run but its raining like hell
    So, its done for today

    Yes! my front squat is almost as strong as my back squat. I've always find front squats more interesting and enjoyable to do
