    Just adding this:
Protein shakes is probably the absolut worst thing someone thats trying to lose weight can use. It's soo much calories in most protien shakes.

Whey80 is like 120calories in each "dose" or whatever you want to call it. (If I were to drink shakes, I would spend almost 1000 calories on just the powder) and I rather spend those on eating proper insted

You don't need any protien powder.
You don't need pre work outs. - INFACT THIS CAN BE A REALLY REALLY BAD THING! I know some people that can barly workout without it now because they are used to the extra energy..
You don't need magic "vitamine" pills.

Just eat right and you'll be fine!

Also important notes before you start working out.
    Ask yourself these questions:

    What do I want?
Do I want to be strong as fuck? - Just strenght. - http://www.criticalbench.com/images/...an/magnus2.gif this guy has been one of the strongest in the world. You cant tell that by looking at him right?
Do I want to "look good" ? - Aka low bodyfat. - http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m4...acn2o1_500.png This guy has low bodyfat. His muscles are more visiable. Abs etc, tho.. prob. ALOT weaker than someone that trains for strenght.
Do I want to become big? - Aka volume. - http://www.instablogsimages.com/2013/09/rc1_wx2hc.jpg Someone that trains for mass!

These pictures takes years and years of training and are extreme cases :P But just to show you the diffrent styles.

Three totally diffrent ways and you do not train nor eat the same way. Also. There is nothing thats the best way to train. So you can try stuff out, but find YOUR WAY!
Genes matters alot and some people dont like certain stuff.. like I think isolation workouts sucks ass and I laugh at them. (Curls etc).

I am more of a stronglifter.. I like Squats and stuff that works on your whole body.

So when you lissen to peoples advice, consider what they are doing and how they are training first.

For example: @Nostrax is a nr 2. He wants low BF. He deffs and goes on diets. I wouldnt lissen to his advice when it came to my own workout for example as I am a stronglifter. We train 2 diffrent styles, and I believe he wouldnt lissen to me either because I train so diffrently from him. (I hope that you do not get offended Nostrax, I do not mean anything by it).

    To sum it all up:
You do not need supliments. Do not believe they will do any magic for you.

Know exactly what you want before you enter the gym. What style you are going for and what your end goal is.

When taking advice, consider their style first and how it effects your style.
