I tried to stay away. Don't suggest X99 boards, ever, thank you.

Fairly busy today but you can take a look at some of the previous pages. I made some builds around $1k. In a couple of hours I'll be at a computer.

@Hammertime: Here you go. This is a good place to start.

    • Computer Case: Rosewill Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case [+$60] (Amazon)
    • CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K (6MB Cache, up to 4.0 GHz) [+$233] (Amazon)
    • CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler [+$35] (Amazon)
    • GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0+ 2GB GDDR5 [+$205] (Amazon)
    • Motherboard: ASUS Micro ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 [+$125] (Amazon)
    • PSU: Corsair CX Series 600 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze [+$75] (Amazon)
    • RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 1600 MHz [+$70] (Amazon)
    • Hard Drive (Storage): Western Digital 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM [+$70] (Amazon)
    • Optional SSD (Primary): Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5" SATA III [+$99] (Amazon)

    Sub-total: $873 (without the SSD).
    Taxes: Unknown

Notes: I would recommend you start with these specifications and go from there. If you can squeeze more out of your budget (about $250 more), I recommend checking out this graphics card and grabbing the Samsung 850 EVO. The 970 will offer a substantial increase in performance over the 960. It honestly offers you better performance per dollar.

How i will make accounts that record hours and usage and cut people off after a certain point is harder for me. As well as figuring out a maintence schedule and what updates to run to insure that my pc isnt getting jammed up. The learning curve from hardware to soft ware is my problem, hardware is easy enough its just software and customability is getting me
You should start smaller, as I suggested before (quoted below). You will be looking at about $750-$1000 per unit, depending on the level of performance you really want to offer. You definitely want to consider what the competition is offering, too. Consider what they're doing right, what they're doing wrong, and what they could or should be doing. There are many more things to consider than just the hardware. I hinted to some of them before (quoted below). I suggest you take a step back and consider all other costs before jumping into hardware.

By the time you open, the hardware you would have purchased for your grand opening would be obsolete. NVIDIA Pascal (Q4 2015/Q1 2016) is reported to more than double the performance of NVIDIA Maxwell. You should consider pushing back the plans until June of 2016 and hold off on purchasing any capital. In doing so, you will literally have the most advanced and high-tech cyber cafe in your entire city because you would have anticipated such changes in technology, thus having the best hardware available. What am I implying? You will spend $50k~ on hardware either way, however, waiting until next year will give you twice the effective usefulness and lifespan than that of current generation hardware. This means you're litterally getting more "bang for your buck."

    Anyway, here are some recommendations:

    • You want to purchase an NVIDIA GPU. AMD GPU's may be cheaper, but they're hotter, have worse driver support, and AMD products are not known for their longevity. An NVIDIA GPU will save you time and money, long-term, considering you most likely won't be upgrading hardware every year.
    • You need to purchase a GPU with more than 2GB's of VRAM. Again, a cyber cafe is a long-term investment. Next generation games are starting to have recommendations of 4GB or more, and are utilizing more than 2GB's today. Don't skimp out on hardware to save a few dollars here and there. It will come back around and bite you right in the ass.
    • A quad-core CPU (e.g. 4690k) is a definite plus. It has been shown that next generation games are demanding more from processors. You don't want to have an entire cyber cafe full of computers unable to handle new games.
    • Memory is important. 8GB's is more than enough for a gaming machine, and I think this amount is ideal. What frequency should you purchase? At least 1600MHz. In the USA, 2400MHz memory is only $20 more than 1600MHz. So, I'd recommend that if you can find a good deal.
    • A Z97 motherboard is also a good idea. It is more "future" proof than most others. Definitely recommend going with something modern.

The case you suggested is awful and expensive for what it offers. I suggest NZXT S340 or CM Silencio 352, both good cases, I own the S340 myself actually.
As for the motherboard, you paired a matx with a mid tower. I suggest the Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3.
As for the graphics card, I suggest picking up a 280x instead.
Screw the semi-modular PSU, get the non-modular 500W one for 60$ instead.
As for the memory, there's cheaper and better options.

Also, if you don't want to spend more than 900$, there's ways to cut corners so you can afford a 970 or a 290x.

    AMD FX-8350, Asrock 970 Motherboard

I think this should be enough to afford a 970 or a 290x, if not, pick a cheaper case and you should be good to go. You should probably get the 600W PSU (non-modular though) if you choose the AMD parts.

Other than that, @J.Dre pretty decent build

I will never recommend inferior products. You're free to use inferior products to save money. But, you get what you pay for. I always try to choose the best balance between cost and quality. @Adky puts cost before all else, which is stupid.

The blind leading the stupid = the " @Adky" method.

Can you please, for once, explain yourself? What is inferior, what is wrong?
You suggested one of the shittiest cases I've seen.
As for the motherboard, first, you suggested a mATX board, I don't know why. Second, Gigabyte G3 is pretty cheap at the moment and superior to the one you mentioned.
PSU, it's the same thing, just not semi-modular, no biggie.
G.Skill offers superior memory at the better price.

I really don't understand what you're trying to say, if you're talking about the AMD parts, they're good, just stay away from the reference gpu coolers.
I get that you're a Intel and Nvidia fan boy, as am I, but come on, we're talking facts here, not opinion.

This thread isn't about you. Please stop targeting my posts and leave me alone. I'm tired of your childish behavior. All you do is complain and criticize my recommendations, then make ridiculous recommendations of your own based on nothing but costs associated with the build. You should not be prioritizing cost over quality, performance, reputation, or driver support when recommending parts to clients or customers. It's simply illogical.

The fact that you are unable to deduce my implication when labeling your recommendations as "inferior" proves you are not suited for making such recommendations to people, when there are thousands of dollars at stake here. This is just another case of you thinking you know everything when you actually don't, and it's becoming quite annoying.
