    I agree that diets need to be strict and kept to and can do a lot of change but the whole eating 5 times a day is a myth, however, it may help prevent against snacking and managing against hunger if you're trying to lose weight.

    I don't need anything to boost the fatburning in my bulking phase, so I'll skip it
