My best tips for you:

1. Work out everyday.
2. Light/Diet/Zero if you are going to drink anything.
3. Eat quark or non-fat cottage cheese (you can mix the quark with some lemonade that must be without sugar and you can mix the cottage cheese with apricotcream (+ raspberries if you find it) that also must be without sugar (few calories as possible).

Calories IN and OUT is the most imporant to loss weight.
