Ive ate bulls testicles, every part insiste of an animal even eyes, so I can eat everything and more if it will make me healthier.
Take a thursday off and saturday, work out on sunday. Later on switch the days. 2 days of rest in a row is not really ok.

I drank this milkshake for a breakfast. You and anyone other that tries it, will want to suck my dick because of how good it tastes and how full it makes you.

-a banana
-coffee spoon of cinnamon (cinnamon is the best thing there is for bones and joints, as You're overweight your spine and knees will suffer for some time.)

Instead of morning salad try to eat something that will give You proteins to endure the day. Chicken fillets are amazing for that.
Stomach stops processing food after 8pm as good as it does during the day. So avoid eating after 8. Only good thing You can eat at late hours is an apple.
And there is a glitch in the matrix. Once a week, only one meal You can eat whatever u want in any amount u want. By anything I really mean anything.
